My TOP Recommended Probiotic Product

Let me share a little Gut Health Science 101 so you will better appreciate what a Spore Based Probiotic will do for your gut microbiome and overall health. When Hippocrates said “all disease begins in the gut”, here’s just some of what he meant...

You see, every time we eat, there’s microbial turnover which means some of the microbes that digest our food die off. When they die, they release an endotoxin called Lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The release of LPS is called Metabolic Endotoxemia (ME) and happens in ALL of us but ideally should be minimal. This Metabolic Endotoxemia is actually the #1 cause of Morbidity worldwide!

In an ideal gut microbiome environment, LPS should be in low amounts and eliminated in our bowel movements each day. But, when there’s gut dysbiosis, which precedes leaky gut, there’ll be a higher amounts of LPS released during digestion and it will translocate through the leaky gut wall and into our circulatory system. This sets off a cascade of inflammatory and immune reactions and then this happens (just to name a few):

  • Depression - LPS can increase the turnover of serotonin in the synapse and CNS reducing the concentration in those regions.

  • Anxiety - LPS disrupts key communication between the hypothalamic-adrenal-pituitary axis thereby increasing the expression of corticosteroid releasing hormones.

  • Mood and Appetite Disorders - LPS disrupts ghrelin function which has a direct impact on appetite and mood.

  • Cognitive Decline - LPS induced Inflammation in the blood brain barrier leads to cognitive decline.

  • Loss of Memory and Recall - LPS can get into the amygdala and hippocampus which disrupts memory function.

  • Parkinson’s - Intracranially LPS causes microglial activation and neuronal loss.

  • Chronic Pain - Elevated LPS in sensory neurons in the dorsal root stimulate nociceptors.

  • Autoimmunity - Chronic activation of the innate immune system in various tissues leads to the by-stander effect where self-tissues inadvertently become targeted by the immune system.

  • Leptin Resistance - LPS enters and causes inflammation in the enteric nervous system leading to a disruption in the gut-brain axis of communication leading to increased fat cells and compromised caloric burn.

  • Chronic Constipation - LPS enters the enteric nervous system and causes disruption in signals for gastric emptying and bowel motility.

  • Hypogonadism (low testosterone) - Increased circulating LPS and the subsequent chronic immune activation has feedback inhibition of testosterone production. GELDING theory.

As you can imagine, any prescription drugs that claim they can remedy any of the conditions listed do not address the “root cause of the root cause” and that is this Metabolic Endotoxemia that happens every time we eat. Again, the #1 cause of Morbidity worldwide.

Sadly unhealthy gut is the most toxic thing to the brain. What happens in the gut will happen in the brain. All Mental Health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar, insomnia, cognitive decline, Alzheimer’s can all be traced back to an under functioning Psycobiome in gut microbiome.

If we don’t stop the endotoxins from translocating through the gut wall and entering the circulatory system every time we eat food, we’re basically taking 2 steps forward, 1 step back with any treatment.

So here’s the good news with Spore Based Probiotics

  • First off, unlike the probiotics available at a store level, Spore Based Probiotics have a 100% survivability. The vast majority of probiotic products at a store level don’t survive thru the gastric system. Most of what’s happening is you’re getting a lot of dead bacteria moving through your system. Some of these dead bacteria have a negative metabolic response. And what does survive doesn’t have the significance to make a true functional change within your microbiome. A true probiotic will colonize healthy bacteria and create functional change. A true probiotic protects its host from eating food, the Metabolic Endotoxemia response, the most toxic thing we do everyday.

  • Spore Based Probiotics lowers this LPS reaction by 45% within the first 30 days.

  • Spore Based Probiotics dramatically increases our Alpha Diversity within the gut microbiome by 30 trillion species within 30 days. The higher the Alpha Diversity, the healthier we are.

  • Spore Based Probiotics produce “Gut Policing Strains” such as Akkermansia Muciniphila which use quorum sensing and will produce up to 25 antibiotics to kill off bad bacteria. Low levels of Akkermansia Muciniphila are linked to over 60 conditions including Cancer and Autoimmune conditions.

  • Only Spore Based Probiotics have an impact on the diversity of the microbiome. The host (you and me) becomes the probiotic’s home so they want a healthy home.

  • Microbiome MegaSporeBiotic includes 5 strains:

    • Bacillus indicus. Potent nutritional source of carotenoids which are 100% bioavailable. Resistant to arsenic.

    • Bacillus subtilis. “Antibiotic” like properties. Kills the bad guys. Has the ability to break down glysophates, plastics, endotoxins. Reduces bad cholesterol - improves good cholesterol. Enhances protein absorption.

Improved pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis. Reduced vaginosis symptoms in women. Ameliorates parasite infections.

    • Bacillus licheniformis. Bowel stabilizing. Produces B vitamins in the digestive tract

    • Bacillus clausii. Reduces diarrhea. Inhibits toxic effects of ‘bad’ bacteria

  • Spore Based Probiotics increase butyrate production by 40%.  Butyrate is a short chain fatty acid (SCFA) that is produced by our gut bacteria when we eat plant foods aka “functional fibers”. Here are just some of the health benefits that butyrate provides us: Colonocytes are the cells which make up your gut lining - and butyrate is their main energy source. High levels of butyrate increase our levels of glutathione, our master antioxidant for combating free radicals which are linked to inflammation and disease. Because of this, butyrate possesses anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer functions for your gut. Butyrate improves satiety so it’s excellent for treating obesity and type II diabetes by increasing the production of certain gut hormones which improve blood sugar balance. As well as its roles in the gut, butyrate has significant potential to support brain health. Your gut lining needs butyrate to stay healthy and function properly. It’s as simple as that.

  • Triglycerides - significant drop in 30 days.

  • Drop in Interleukin 1 Alpha and Beta after using the probiotic for 30 days.
